Formed through the collaborative effort of Jason Limanjaya (piano), and Otto Stuparitz (bass), Bluesukan began with Jason's question about what Indonesian jazz is. Otto answered that it is about what sounds we make together. The duo played a few gigs and were lucky to have Cucu Kurnia join on kendang (traditional Sundanese drum) and Farrell Uwa on suling (traditional Sundanese flute).
